Pre-order Terms & Conditions

All pre-orders have to be paid for in full when placing the order. Please bear in mind that the shipping date is only an estimate and may change. In case of a significant production or shipping delay, we will notify you via email. Should you have a change of heart, you are always welcome to cancel your pre-order as long as it is not within 2 days of the stated shipping time and the order has not been shipped yet. After that, our standard return policy applies.

Orders which include one or more pre-order items and one or more non-pre-order items, will be split and shipped separately. Unfortunately, we can't combine the ordered items in this case. This is due to the limitations of our (external) warehouse.
