All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin using either DHL GoGreen or FedEx. Please allow a processing time of 1-2 working days until your order is shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking link.

We offer extended returns during the holiday season. To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, please place your order before the dates shown below:
- Germany: December 19th before 12pm CET
- All other EU countries: December 18th before 12pm CET
- Rest of the world: December 16th before 12pm CET

CUSTOMS
We ship from the EU. Orders placed for delivery within the European Union will not be charged for customs. Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the receiver. We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country. This also applies to returned orders or orders that failed to be delivered.
