Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin using either DHL GoGreen or FedEx. Please allow a processing time of 1-2 working days until your order is shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking link.

Shipping costs: 4,90 € (Free over 50 €)
Delivery time: 2-4 working days (shipment with DHL Parcel)

ZONE 2 : AUSTRIA
Shipping costs: 4,90 € (free over 100 €)
Delivery time: 2-4 working days (shipment with DHL Parcel)

ZONE 3: OTHER EU COUNTRIES
Shipping costs: 9,90 € (free over 150 €)

ZONE 4: SWITZERLAND
Shipping costs: 14,90 CHF (free over 250 CHF)

CUSTOMS 

We ship from the EU. Orders placed for delivery within the European Union will not be charged for customs. Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the receiver. We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. Returned packages are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We do not cover any costs associates with returns, such as return shipping fees, customs and duties. 

All returns of orders from within the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom will receive a refund of the product price and the initial shipping costs.

All returns of orders from outside the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom will not receive a refund of the initial shipping costs.

To return an item, simply follow these steps:

  1. Register your return: Log in to your customer account, select the order and items you would like to return and tell us the reason for your return. Unregistered returns can not be accepted.
  2. Wait for approval: This may take a few working days. Once your return request was processed and approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
  3. Buy a shipping label: In the confirmation email, you will be instructed to buy a shipping label. Note that the responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that the return shipment is insured and traceable. To ensure it arrives safely and in time, please add any necessary customs documents.
  4. Prepare your return: Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
  5. Return and track: Return your order and track it to make sure it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that once it arrives, it may still take a few working days until the delivery of the package is confirmed and reported to us. 
  6. Wait for refund: Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. This may take up to 5 working days due to quality control checks. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price (and initial shipping costs, if you are based within the European Union, Switzerland or the UK) will be refunded to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, color or style, please place a new order.  

Please note that if your order has not been picked up at the post office and was sent back to us, we will treat it as a regular return.

ISSUES & CLAIMS

If you have any issues with your order, please send us an email to support@theslowlabel.com, including a detailed description of the issue or claim, as well as any relevant photos. 

Please note that some issues you may face are not reason for a reclamation. Colors and measurements may vary. Jersey garments may shrink (up to 5%) upon the first wash. Knitwear and some other fabrics may pill. This is typically not considered a reason for a reclamation, as it is a natural effect caused by the wear of wool and cashmere products and can easily be removed. ENVIRONMENT

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
